I was watching Lost in Space reruns, and I noticed some props that look an awful lot like the brains of Triskelion. Are those the same props, or is it a coincidence?

Re: Star Trek props on Lost in Space?!?!?!
Wed, October 14, 2009 - 12:42 PMPretty sure props from other shows were in use. Just a money saving tactic. A lot of those shows back then, had the same grey painted walls. -

Re: Star Trek props on Lost in Space?!?!?!
Wed, October 14, 2009 - 12:53 PMA long time ago I was told that when Lost In Space was being developed as a series that William Shatner tried out for the role of John Robinson. If he had gotten that role I wonder if somehow Guy Williams would have ended up playing Kirk? Anyone know about this or about what other actors auditioned for the James Kirk role? -

Re: Star Trek props on Lost in Space?!?!?!
Thu, October 15, 2009 - 2:40 PMI just realized that the "brains of Triskelion" weren't used as Lost in Space props. The LIS props were solid glass-like structures, while the brains were rubbery and expandable. So yes, it was a coincidence.
